The Omar Manhattan is a bright, airy lodge, located on a nice edge plot with a long drive to accommodate three cars. The lounge, kitchen and diner are open plan and offer a very pleasant living space with views down to our water feature. Whilst open-plan, the kitchen and lounge are clearly separated. This lodge faces down towards the south so benefits from sunshine all day which is also a benefit in the winter as the sun will warm the lodge naturally, meaning less need for central heating.

The kitchen is a good size and very well-equipped with integrated oven, 5 ring hob, slimline dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer as well as good cupboard space and storage. 

There is a relaxing master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and en suite shower room. The second bedroom is currently being used as a single but could accommodate 2 small twin beds or be used as a good-sized study or craft room. The family bathroom has a bath with over-bath shower. 

There is a large veranda along two sides of the lodge to make the most of the good location and to the rear of the lodge is a shed that is included in the price of the lodge.
